Ruin & Rule left me dying to know what happened with Kill and Cleo. It seemed like a lifetime waiting on Sin & Suffer! But the wait was worth it. In true Pepper Winters fashion she sprinkled in the mystery, upped the torment on the souls of the characters and left me gripping the sides of my iPad while reading furiously to reach the end. I found Kill to be much more mentally tortured in this book than the first which only attracted me more to his character. With Cleo's memory restored, she was stronger, more powerful and more determined to bring to justice those that turned her life and Kill's into a nightmare. They were a fierce pair and I LOVED that! I enjoyed every minute of both books. Great job Pepper!
